We have two options available: Single Bedrooms and Efficiency Rooms
Available to rent by the week. All rooms come fully equipped with Appliances, Furniture, Cable TV, Internet. Utilities are included in the pricing.
What's the difference between the rooms?
Efficiency: $195/week
Efficiency Rooms are perfect for extended stays where you will be working or out-and-about most of the time. Offering you comfortable bed, clothing storage in the form of dressers and nightstands, and full-bath. A fully furnished Studio apartment!
Single Bedroom: $260/week
Much larger than the Efficiency, Single bedrooms have three rooms, Kitchen and living room, Full Bathroom, and your own Bedroom. Fully furnished and all utilities included, a perfect home away from home option!

Things to know
Toiletries and Linens are not provided
Please be sure to bring your own towels and toiletries for your stay! Please bring your own from home, but there are a few places nearby where you can purchase toiletries, just ask us for directions!
State Taxes
Taxes and fees will be explained at the time of check-in, We are required by law to charge taxes for the first few weeks of your stay, so the longer you stay, the cheaper it will be!

We add a 3% Convenience fee to all Credit card and Debit card sales. We only accept the following types of cards: Discover American Express Master Card Visa, Thank you!
